1. Basic information
These terms govern direct bookings for Apartment Pod Lesem, Morávka made through relaxpodlesem.cz. A contract may be concluded in Czech, Polish or English. Before submission, the guest can review and change the entered details.
2. Booking and contract formation
The guest selects the dates and number of guests and enters contact details. Before submitting, the total stay price and the 50% deposit are displayed. Submitting the booking form places a temporary hold on the selected dates for 48 hours and sends payment details for the 50% deposit. Submitting the form itself does not create an obligation to pay the deposit. If the deposit is not credited within that time, the temporary hold expires automatically. The booking is finally confirmed only after the deposit is received and the operator sends confirmation.
3. Price and payment
The price displayed before submission covers the stay for the selected dates. Selected holidays and special dates are charged at the higher rate shown in the price list. The deposit is 50% of the combined accommodation and selected extras price, rounded to whole Czech crowns. Bank details, payment reference and QR Platba are sent after booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed.
4. Accommodation cancellation by the guest
The following percentages apply only to the accommodation deposit. Extras are handled separately under section 11.
Cancellation should be sent to info@relaxpodlesem.cz. The relevant date is the date the cancellation reaches the operator.
5. No statutory 14-day withdrawal right
For accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply. The guest may instead cancel under the cancellation terms above.
6. Changes or cancellation by the operator
If the operator cannot provide the agreed stay for serious reasons, the guest will be contacted without undue delay and offered a change of dates or a refund of payments received.
7. Stay, wellness and liability
The guest must use the apartment, sauna, hot tub, cooling pool and other equipment in accordance with instructions, safety requirements and good practice. Defects or damage must be reported without undue delay. The guest is liable for damage caused by the guest or persons for whom the guest is responsible.
8. Complaints
Service defects should be reported without undue delay so that the operator has an opportunity to remedy them. Complaints may be sent to info@relaxpodlesem.cz or through the contact details shown above. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
For a consumer dispute that cannot be resolved directly, the competent ADR body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Ústřední inspektorát – oddělení ADR, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2. Information: coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.
10. Contract record and final provisions
The operator keeps an electronic record of the booking. The guest receives an email confirmation with the booking summary and a link to the current booking and cancellation terms. A copy of the booking information can be resent on request. Czech law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
11. Optional “Taste the Beskids” extras
Extras are optional and can be selected when booking. Breakfast is priced for the number of guests and selected mornings, from the morning after arrival through departure morning. Barbecue bundles and Beskydy baskets are charged per selected bundle and day, not automatically for every night. Accommodation, extras, the total and the deposit are shown before submission.
For a booking with extras, the 50% deposit is calculated on the combined accommodation and extras total. Extras are confirmed with the stay. Order breakfast by 18:00 the previous day and barbecue bundles by 14:00 on the day. Basket delivery time is arranged individually. Beer is not included in the separate barbecue bundle; adding it and its price must be agreed separately. Beer is included in the Beskydy basket for two. Age 18 is checked when alcohol is handed over.
The accommodation cancellation terms above apply only to the accommodation portion of the price and deposit. Changes and cancellation of food extras are handled separately according to their nature and applicable law; contact the operator. Statutory consumer rights are not restricted. Details of actual ingredients and allergens are available with the offer before ordering.
