2. Data we process
For bookings we process in particular the guest's name, email, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, message, booking identifier and information needed for payment. The server may also process ordinary security logs such as IP address, request time and browser type.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Booking data is processed to take steps before entering into a contract and to perform the accommodation contract. Data required by accounting, tax or other laws is processed to comply with legal obligations. Limited technical data and communication history may be processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in website security, basic audience measurement and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. For our own audience statistics, the IP address is not stored in readable form; only a pseudonymised technical identifier and aggregated visit counts are used.
4. Recipients
Data may be processed by the Websupport hosting and email provider, the bank handling payments, necessary IT providers and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data and do not use booking data for behavioural advertising.
5. Retention
Data is retained for the period necessary to manage the stay and then for the period required to protect legal claims, generally no longer than 3 years unless a longer period is required by law. Accounting and tax documents are retained for the statutory period.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Complaints may be lodged with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection: uoou.gov.cz.
7. Automation
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects. The system automatically calculates the price and temporarily blocks selected dates according to the public price list and booking terms.
8. Availability alerts and offers
If you voluntarily tick the consent box and submit the signup or booking form, the supplied email address is subscribed immediately to available dates, last-minute stays and offers. We do not send an additional confirmation email. We process your email on the basis of consent. We keep the email address, language, source, time, wording and version of consent and the signup method; for a booking signup, we also keep its booking ID. We retain a history of changes and opt-outs. A form signup does not verify ownership of the email address. Older link-confirmed subscriptions keep their existing confirmation record; older unconfirmed addresses are not activated automatically. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by writing to info@relaxpodlesem.cz. After withdrawal, no further marketing messages are sent; a minimal suppression record may be retained to demonstrate that the opt-out has been respected.
